Full sit-ups with a twist x25
This Ab workout is perfect to do anywhere. Given this workout requires no equipment you can add this workout on to any upper body or lower body workout. You can also add this ab workout on before or after any of your cardio workouts.
Perform 4 rounds of all 5 exercises with no rest in between each exercise/only rest after the 5 exercise is complete.
