- 1 head cauliflower
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil (light)
Slice cauliflower in ¼” to ½” “steaks”. Place into a roasting pan flat side down.Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower. I use my hands to make sure the olive oil is spread over all of cauliflower so it does not dry out. Salt and pepper to taste.Bake in oven heated to 400 degrees about 20 – 30 minutes depending on how thick/big the cauliflower pieces are. Turnover half way through.Tip: Place a silicone pan protector in the bottom of your roasting pan for easier clean up!HAPPY EATING!!
