- 2 6oz salmon steaks
- 1 package zucchini noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove minced or pressed, garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°Place zucchini noodles in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil, soy sauce and sesame oil over the top of the zucchini.Place salmon on top of the zucchini and drizzle the salmon with the rest of the olive oil, soy sauce and sesame oil. Place the minced garlic on top of the salmon and sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.Close the foil around the zucchini/salmon to make a pouch and place on a cookie sheet.Cook for 20 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and open the foil pouch and place it back in the oven~expose the salmon to the oven heat~ and cook for 10-15 more.HAPPY EATING!!
