- Preheat oven to 400°Position a rack in the middle of the oven
- In a muffin tin place one salami slice into each cup.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until salami is crisp
- Next, in a large bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella balls, I added salt and pepper. Then fill each salami cup with a spoonful of the mozzarella mixture and place on a platter. You can top each cup with a little sprinkle of chopped basil as well.
- NOTE: You can make the mozzarella mixture ahead of time and place it in the refrigerator. You can also use the mixture with toasted bread to make an entire new appetizer. HAPPY EATING!!
