- 4 lbs apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 sticks butter, softened
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9” X 13” baking pan with Pam.Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut into slices.Mix 1 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Add apples and mix well. Pour into baking pan.Mix remaining 1 cup of sugar with flour. Add softened butter. Mix well until the mixture looks crumbly. Pour over apple mixture.Bake for 45 – 60 minutes.
