Position a rack on the lowest rung of the oven and preheat the oven to 420°
Butter or spray the popover pan.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and whirl until smooth. You can also use a food processor or a mixing bowl and a hand held mixer.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into each popover cup. Place the popover pan in the oven and bake WITHOUT opening the oven door for 25 minutes. Turn the temperature down to 350° (DON'T OPEN THE DOOR) bake for another 15-20 minutes (this helps to dry out the interior of the popover. Serve immediately with butter, honey, jam or apple butter.Happy Eating!!
