Tuxedo Brownie Hug Cookies

This is such an easy cookie because it's a brownie. The original recipe calls for using Original Supreme Brownie mix with a syrup pouch but I used the Ghirardelli Double brown mix. My cookies were bit more flat but the flavor was spectacular.

  • 1 box Ghirardelli Double Brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 package Hershey Hugs chocolates

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven tom 350°
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and grease the parchment.
  3. Stir brownie mix, cocoa, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. Drop very small spoonfuls of dough unto the cookie sheets. Bake for 8 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a couple of minutes then unwrap the hug candies and place on top of each cookie.
