25 Minute Lower Body Workout

4 exercises. 5 Rounds. Using only kettlebells and dumbbells. This workout hits your glutes, hamstrings, quads, hips and core while also challenging your stability. The movements are simple but five Rounds will make them count.

A few tips before you begin

Pick weights that make the final few reps challenging without sacrificing your form.

Move slowly through your single leg deadlifts. Balance first, weight second.

Keep your front squat controlled. Sit down into your hips and drive through your feet.

On the split squat, keep your stance long enough that you can lower with control.

During halo squats, keep your core braced as the dumbbell moves around your head.

Rest when you need it. You do not earn extra points for rushing.

The Workout:

Single Leg (SL) Deadlift x10 each leg

Dumbbell (DB) Front squat x10

Kettlebell (KB) Split Squat x10 each leg

Alternating (ALT.) Dumbbell Halo Squat x10

5 Rounds of all 4 exercises. 30-60 second breaks when you need them.

ENJOY!!
