This Full Body workout can be done anywhere, making a great workout to do when you are traveling. All the exercises can be done without weights.
•Dumbbell Deadlifts x10
•Full sit-up x20
•Push-ups x10
•Kick sits x20
•Devils Press x10
4 rounds of all 5 exercises
Try not to take break in-between exercises, take the break after all 5 exercises are completed.
