This advanced workout is a good add on for an upper body day or a “Push Day” (Push workouts include chest, shoulders, triceps).
Lateral Raises x10
Upright Rows x10
Rear Deltoids x10
Arnold Press x10
Seated Front Raises/Lateral Raises x10
Try and get through 3 rounds of all 5 exercises, however, aim for 5 rounds. If this is your first attempt at this advanced workout work up to 5 rounds of all 5 exercises.
