A Bosu Ball Challenge Workout

Most people think you need a gym full of equipment to get a great workout.

You don’t.

One Bosu ball can challenge your strength, balance, stability, coordination, core, and cardiovascular system all in one session.

The unstable surface of the Bosu ball forces your body recruit more muscles with every movement. Your feet, ankles, hips, and core work together to keep you balanced while your larger muscles produce power. The result is a workout that trains your body the way you move in everyday life.

The Workout:

3 Rounds of all 5 exercises with a 30 second break in between each exercise.

Devils Press x12/ Build total body strength while getting your heart rate up. You challenge your shoulders, chest, legs, and core all at once.

Sit-up knee tuck x12/ Train your AB muscles through a full range of motion while improving coordination and core control.

Lunge knee drive x12 each leg/ Strengthen your legs and glutes while improving your balance and single leg stability.

Side to side squat x12/ Move outside the forward and backward plane to strengthen your hips, glutes, and inner thighs.

Bear Plank Shoulder taps x12/ Your ABS, shoulders, hips, and back work together to resist rotation.

Improve your balance and coordination, strengthen your core, challenge your stabilizer muscles.

Don’t underestimate a single piece of equipment.
