Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

I’m into giant sets these days. They are efficient/you get a kick of cardio along with your weight work/they flush out the muscles (i.e. exhaust the muscles).

Do all 6 exercises back to back NO REST IN BETWEEN each exercise.

Rest after the 6 exercises are complete.

That is a GIANT SET!!

3 rounds of all 6 exercises. Try going up in weight each round. Use good form and perform each exercise slowly.

  • Chest Fly (30 seconds)
  • Chest Pulse (30 seconds)
  • 2 Rows/2 Arnold Press (30 seconds)
  • 4 Hammer Curls/4 Press outs (30 seconds)
  • Tricep 1 arm weighted push-ups (right arm and left arm 30 seconds each arm)
