Artichoke Pizza Appetizer by Kendall Oberto
A "riff" on the traditional artichoke dip, this is a super easy and super quick appetizer that features just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 can (14 ounce) water-packed (marinaded or not marinaded) artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°Place crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan or parchment lined sheet pan. In a small bowl, combine the artichokes, 3/4 cup of each cheese, mayonnaise and garlic; spread over crust being careful to get the mixture all the way to the edge. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.HAPPY EATING!!
