Add this ab workout to your weekly workouts and watch your runs and bikes get stronger.

I challenge you to get through 4 rounds of all 4 exercises doing 25 reps of each of the 4 exercises. On the hip drops hit each side (right and left)25 times.

  • Side Plank hip drop (right/left sides) x25
  • Leg raise crunch x25
  • Star hollow raises x25
  • Reverse curls x25
