Here you go a Back, Bicep & Tricep workout.
Tough, doable and balanced this workout is a great cardio finisher.
3 Rounds of all 7 exercises with no breaks until all 7 exercises are complete this is called a giant set.
- 1 arm Thrusters x10
- Wide arm push-ups x10
- 3 point row x10 each arm
- Shoulder press x10 (1 arm other arm both arms)
- 1 standard bicep curl/1 wide arm bicep curl x10
- Close grip push-up x10
- Overhead tricep press x10
