Beginner Arm Workout

Workout of the Day

3 Advantages to incorporating arm workouts:

  1. Build stronger arms.
  2. Improve posture
  3. Boost confidence

No better time to start then TODAY!

  • PUSH-UP ON BOTTOM OF KNEES X10
  • 1 ARM SHOULDER RAISE (RIGHT ARM) X10
  • 1 ARM SHOULDER RAISE (LEFT ARM) X10
  • STANDING CHEST PRESS X10
  • RENEGADE ROWS X10
  • TRICEP KICK BACKS X10
  • BICEP CURLS X10

USE 3-5 lbs (or no weights) to start and work your way up to a heavier weight. Execute each exercise slowly and steady, tightening your abs the entire time and breathing ( people tend to hold their breath while lifting weights).

Completing all 7 exercises is called a “Round” try and not to take too long of break in-between each exercise until the entire Round is finished.

Drinking water after each exercise or after two or three exercises.

Starting a workout routine has many benefits here are just a few:
