Workout of the Day
3 Advantages to incorporating arm workouts:

- PUSH-UP ON BOTTOM OF KNEES X10
- 1 ARM SHOULDER RAISE (RIGHT ARM) X10
- 1 ARM SHOULDER RAISE (LEFT ARM) X10
- STANDING CHEST PRESS X10
- RENEGADE ROWS X10
- TRICEP KICK BACKS X10
- BICEP CURLS X10
USE 3-5 lbs (or no weights) to start and work your way up to a heavier weight. Execute each exercise slowly and steady, tightening your abs the entire time and breathing ( people tend to hold their breath while lifting weights).
Completing all 7 exercises is called a “Round” try and not to take too long of break in-between each exercise until the entire Round is finished.
Drinking water after each exercise or after two or three exercises.
