
I took this recipe from Ina Garten's cookbook the Barefoot Contessa. I've made this for several dinner parties and for a quick week night dessert. It's quick and easy but just delicious.
Ingredients
- Any Berries of your choice. Room temp or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 10 ounces good white chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In double boiler pan heat the water in the lower pan to a simmer. In the upper pan place the heavy in cream, white chocolate and vanilla in to heat up and melt the white chocolate. DO NOT BOIL.Place the berries or frozen berries in a martini glass or champagne glass or a small dessert plate. Pour the White Chocolate over the berries to cover.Happy Eating!!
