Berries in White Chocolate

I took this recipe from Ina Garten's cookbook the Barefoot Contessa. I've made this for several dinner parties and for a quick week night dessert. It's quick and easy but just delicious.

Ingredients

  • Any Berries of your choice. Room temp or frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 10 ounces good white chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In double boiler pan heat the water in the lower pan to a simmer. In the upper pan place the heavy in cream, white chocolate and vanilla in to heat up and melt the white chocolate.
    DO NOT BOIL.
Place the berries or frozen berries in a martini glass or champagne glass or a small dessert plate. Pour the White Chocolate over the berries to cover.
    Happy Eating!!
