Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

A lower body workout that can be done anywhere. I used a bench I had near by but you can use a Reebok step or a bench press bench or anything that can hold up your upper back. If you can execute each exercise for 1 minute and repeat each exercise 3 times you will be amazed at how quickly your legs will respond.

  • Bulgarian Squat (1 minute)
  • Bulgarain Squat pulse (1 minute)
  • DB Hip thrust (1 minute)
  • 1 leg hip thrust (1 minute for each leg) (right and left leg)

Make sure when you are doing the hip thrust exercises you are contracting and tightening your abs for more stability.
