Chest & Back Burn Out

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

A chest and back burn out workout that is a sleeper (meaning it seems easy but its a killer).

5 rounds of all 4 exercises the 4 exercises done back to back without a break. Take a break after the last exercise. This is also called “Giant Sets” 4 exercises done back to back only taking the break after the 4th exercise.

  • Wide Push-up done between two chairs or benches (done for 1 minute)
  • Rear Delt Flies (1 minute)
  • Superman pullbacks (1 minute)
  • 1 arm chest press pull downs (1 minute)
