5 Rounds that get the job done!!
IF you train people for a living, you know a workout does not need 15 exercises to be effective. Sometimes the best sessions are the ones that are simple, repeatable, and hard enough to make your client work. This chest and shoulder workout is exactly that.

What I like about this workout is the amount of quality pressing volume you get with very little equipment. The push-ups and chest press load the chest, shoulders and triceps. Then the seated presses put more focus on the shoulders and force the upper body to do the work without relying on momentum from the legs.
Then the mountain climbers change the pace, elevate the heart rate, and give you that conditioning piece without turning the entire workout into cardio.
The Workout:
Complete 5 Rounds of all 6 exercises taking a minute break after the 6th exercise is complete.
Push-Ups x10
Chest Press x10
Seated Single Arm Shoulder Press x10
Seated Shoulder Press x10
Mountain Climbers x20
Five Rounds creates enough volume to make this workout challenging, but easily scale the weight, reps, or push-up position depending on the person in front of you. Simple setup. Strong movements. Plenty of work.
Enjoy!!
