Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Here are some questions I’m asked often:

  1. How do I help my lower back get stronger?
  2. What would you do to get stronger Abs?
  3. How do I improve my speed when I run?

My answer for all of those questions is STRONGER ABS!!

4 Rounds of all 8 exercises. No weights. Once you get through 3 Rounds don’t give up finish strong and get after Round 4. YOU CAN DO IT.

  • Oblique Full Crunch x20 (both right & left sides)
  • Oblique One Arm Crunch x20 (both right & left sides)
  • Bicycle Press x20
  • Oblique Twist Crunch x20 (both right & left sides)
  • Full Sit-Up Shoulder Press x20 (if you want to use weights with this exercise go ahead).

Try and keep about an orange size distance between your chin and chest. Remember to breathe in on the squeeze breathe out on the stretch.
