Workout of the Day (#WOTD)
This is a tough full body workout but so effective. You will hit every muscle group with this workout and walk away feeling great!!
Be mindful of your weight poundage// start with lower weights especially with your triceps work and move up in weight as you progress through the workout.
Make sure to take breaks in between each exercise 20-30 seconds. Drink water.
You can use our Warm-Up to get ready for this workout if you haven’t warmed up already.
- Push-Up to Bear Crawl x20
- Chest Press x20
- Plank Renegade Row x20
- Pull Downs x20
- Tricep Kick backs x20
- Tricep Dips x25
- Bicep Curls x25
- 1 arm Bicep curls x20 (Each arm x20)
3 Rounds of all 8 exercises taking a break in between each exercise for 20-30 seconds.
