3 rounds of all 5 exercises doing each exercise for 30 seconds a piece (going up in weight each time~if you are using weights).
- Racked (DB) dumbbell Squats~30 seconds
- Push-ups~30 seconds
- Lunge jumps Plyo~30 seconds
- Burbee~30 seconds
- Full sit-up~30 seconds
