Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Do you want a quick and effective workout to build strength and endurance? Here you go!!

3 rounds of all 5 exercises doing each exercise for 30 seconds a piece (going up in weight each time~if you are using weights).

  • Racked (DB) dumbbell Squats~30 seconds
  • Push-ups~30 seconds
  • Lunge jumps Plyo~30 seconds
  • Burbee~30 seconds
  • Full sit-up~30 seconds
