Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

As many of you know I’ve struggled all my life with a very fragile lower back. Nothing made a bigger difference, in my life, then focusing on strengthening my abs. Focusing on strong abs has improved my life dramatically. Doing simple everyday movements used to pull my lower back out and I was incapacitated for days.

I create a lot of videos for ab work. My hope is those videos make difference in your life too.

3 rounds of all 5 exercises

(Use as heavy weights as you can on Russian Twists)

  • Dumbbell Side Bridge x20
  • Weighted Crunch x20
  • Weighted Russian Twist x20
  • V-Up x20
  • Side Plank Reach Through x20
