This workout targets it all full body. Don’t have time to get to the gym here you go the best full body workout you can do at home.
4 Rounds/10 reps of each exercise/30 sec rest in between each exercise.
- Push-up
- Bent over rows
- MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
- Squat jumps
- Grounded step ups
- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
- Arnold press
- Front Shoulder press
- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
- Bicep Curls
- Overhead tricep press
Try and do at the least 2 full Rounds. Don’t be easy on yourself. Put your phone away and all other distractions. Take care of YOU.
