Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

GTX is a small group training hour I teach at Eden Prairie Lifetime.

It is a 50/50 strength and cardio blend training session that is a game changer if you are not interested in one on one training.

It involves treadmill workouts that are smart and tough and a challenge for the beginner runner/walker to the elite runner. A upper body/ lower body workout that includes AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible), giant sets and super sets.

A workout that will leave you feeling that camaraderie of being on team yet challenging you beyond what you thought you could achieve.
