Workout of the Day (#WOTD)
Featuring Erin Schindler
High Intensity interval workout. This workout will hit your entire body upper and lower. Add it on to any cardio workout or leg day.
2 rounds of all 6 exercises taking a break only after all 6 exercises are complete.
- Bear Crawl out/ 2 push-ups/Burpee x10
- Lateral Lunge/Squat Jump x10 (both right & left leg)
- Bent Over Row/Straight Arm Kick Back x10
- Reverse Lunge/Squat/Shoulder Press x10 (both right & left leg)
- Bicep Curl up/Hammer Curl down x10
- Reverse Lunge Knee drive/Lateral Lunge knee drive x10 (both right & left leg)
