This workout literally can be done anywhere and it is fast and efficient but takes a ton of strength. Using only body weight it is a great endurance challenge for legs and for your whole body.

3 Rounds of all 4 exercises

  • Lateral Bulgarian Squats x15
  • Bulgarian Squats x15
  • Squat Jumps x15
  • Hands on Head Lunge Jumps x15
