3 reasons to add AB workouts to your daily workouts.

  1. It reduces lower back pain. Weak abdominal muscles lead to strain on the lower back muscles which can cause pain.

  • DB reverse curl x25
  • DB heel lifts x25
  • DB scissors x25
  • Full sit ups x25
  • Flutter Kicks x25
