Workout of the Day
I went to visit Kendall Oberto a few years ago in Colorado and we went on an incredible hike one day near her home in Fort Collins, CO.
It was stunning and the hike was difficult. We did see a rattlesnake (pictured above) but we also wanted to finish the walk with a quick leg workout.
No equipment just body weight.
3 Rounds of all 5 exercises and we had nice finish to a start to our day.
