Workout of the Day (#WOTD)
Leg day is always a tougher day no matter what leg exercises you are doing. This workout is done by doing each exercise back to back NO BREAKS in between each exercise. Use heavy weights if you can if you’re not feeling like using heavy weights go down to medium at the least.
- Dumbbell DB Skier Swings x10
- Lateral Lunge/Row x10 (each side)
- Reverse Lunge/Suitcase Swing x20
- Bulgarian Split Squat x20 (each leg)
4 Rounds of all 4 exercises
