Lower body workouts are difficult no matter how you slice it. Try this one and push yourself a little bit more than normal.

4 Rounds of all 4 exercises going up in weight with each Round.

  • Sumo Squat x25
  • Sumo Squat Pulse x25
  • Reverse Lunge/Upright Row x25
  • Reverse Lunge Pulse x25.

Remember to always hold your core tight while doing each exercise and move slowly like you are moving through water squeezing and stretching through each exercise.
