Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

What do you do when you finish your run or walk and you know you need more of a workout for your legs? You do this quick lower body workout.

2 rounds of all 6 exercises

  • Front racked squats x20
  • Halo deadlifts x20 on the right and left leg
  • Reverse lunge x20 on the right and left leg
  • Squat to Plyometric Squat explode x10
