Margarita Pie A Cindy Pascale Recipe

This pie is the perfect summer treat and was the centerpiece to our Cinco De Mayo party. This recipe is from the Great Brand Name Recipes Cookbook.

  • 1/2 cup butter-melted
  • 1 1/4 cups finely crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 to 4 tbsp tequila
  • 2 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream-whipped

Garnish – Optional

    Whipped cream, pretzels, orange twists and/or mint leaves


      • In a small bowl mix the crust ingredients. Press into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie dish. Chill
      • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila and triple sec. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into the chilled prepared crust. Freeze.
      • It will take up to 4 hours to freeze all the way through. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
