Workout of the Day (#WOTD)
Abs are such a necessary muscle or muscles to work. I was born with a compromised lower back. Subsequently, the vertebrate, over the years, have fused themselves together.
After having children my back became increasingly worse until I started back into my Ab work. I work abs 3-4 times a week. I never do the same exercises twice and I increase intensity and lesson intensity over those 4 days.

Usually, I say do your AB workouts until you want to throw up (not popular but true). This AB workout is a doozy so hang in there.
