Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout is focused on hitting the FULL body.

Do each exercise 30 seconds and complete all 4 exercises then take a break otherwise known as a giant set.

4 rounds of all 4 exercises.

  • Burpee (30 seconds)
  • Mountain Climber (30 seconds)
  • Hands on Head Lunge Jumps (30 seconds)
  • Plank in & outs (30 seconds)

Add this workout to a leg day workout or upper body workout or complete this workout after cardio.
