Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Do you go on vacation and want to do a workout before the fun of the day begins? However, no one wants to spend their whole morning in the hotel gym?

Here is a quick upper body workout you can do in your hotel room or the hotel gym and be ready to go to beach or pool and feel good you got a workout in before the day of fun begins.

  • Tricep Diamond Push-Ups x20
  • Row Tricep Kick Back x20
  • Bear Crawl Rows x20
  • Reverse Grip Chest Press x20

2-3 Rounds of all 4 exercises done back to back no breaks in-between the exercises. Go up in weight ion you can if you don’t feel comfortable don’t move up in weight that is fine.
