Summer Chicken & Chickpea Salad


  • 2 Cups of Romaine Lettuce cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Cup Rotisserie Chicken Shredded/
  • 1/4 Cup of Crumbled Feta Cheese/
  • 1/4 Cup of Garbanzo beans/
  • 2T Sunflower Seeds


  • 1/4 Cup of White Vinegar/
  • 2T Balsamic Vinegar/
  • 1/2 Cup of Olive Oil/
  • 1t of salt/
  • 1/2t of pepper/
  • 1 1/2t of honey

Place the ingredients for the dressing in a mason jar, put the lid on it and shake. Once it has been emulsifed pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss.
