Salted Caramel Fudge a Cindy Pascale Recipe
The name of the fudge says it all! Caramel with a little bit of salt is the perfect blend for a sweet treat!
Ingredients
- 14 oz caramels
- 21 oz white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1 1/4 tsp sea salt plus additional salt sprinkled on top. I use Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions
- Prepare 8 X 8 inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil.Place the caramel, white chocolate chips, butter and salt in a microwave safebowl.Microwave in 1 minute increments, stirring vigorously in between until the mixtureis totally smooth. About 3-6 minutes. Do not over heat/over cook. If it isoverdone, the ingredients separate.Pour fudge in prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle a little more salt on thetop. Place fudge in the refrigerator to cool and set for at least 2 hours.HAPPY EATING!!
