Sautéd Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

So easy, so incredibly scrumptious.


  • 3 lbs brussel sprouts rinsed, ends cut off, sprouts cut in half
  • 6 pieces thick bacon
  • 2 tbls balsamic thick vinegar
  • 1 tbls salt
  • 1/2 tbls pepper
  • 2 tbls butter


  • Step 1
    Cook the bacon in a large sauté pan on medium heat until crisp and set aside on plate lined with paper towel. In the hot pan add the Brussel sprouts and sauté, in the fat from the bacon, until soft then add the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into small pieces and put back into the pan and stir until everything is incorporated.
