Savage Full Body Workout

Why did we call it “Savage” because sometimes you need a workout that pushes your limits and transforms your workout game. This workout blends intensity and power to sculpt your body and boost your strength!!

This workout builds muscle, burns calories and improves your metabolism, plus boosts your confidence!!

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your workout journey, our workout can be tailored to your fitness level.

In this workout you will target every major muscle group, ensuring a balanced and effective session.

Compound exercises (meaning you hit more than just one muscle at a time) that challenge your strength and endurance.

Equipment:

Dumbbells/ Yo Gorilla Mat/ Bench

The Workout:

2 Rounds of all 7 exercises taking a break in-between each exercise for 30 seconds.

  • Wide Push-Ups x10
  • 3 Point Row x10 on each arm
  • Hand Release Push-Ups x10
  • Kickstand Hammer Bicep Curls x10
  • Alternating Upright Row x10
  • Alternating Lateral Lunges x10
  • Tap-Ups x15 on each leg
