Dumbbells/ Yo Gorilla Mat/ Bench
The Workout:
2 Rounds of all 7 exercises taking a break in-between each exercise for 30 seconds.
- Wide Push-Ups x10
- 3 Point Row x10 on each arm
- Hand Release Push-Ups x10
- Kickstand Hammer Bicep Curls x10
- Alternating Upright Row x10
- Alternating Lateral Lunges x10
- Tap-Ups x15 on each leg
