This allows a bigger eccentric (lengthening) of the ab wall forcing you to work harder on the concentric contraction (shortening). While using the stability ball your other muscles must stabilize you to stay up right on the ball.

The Workout:
3 Rounds of all 6 exercises taking a 30 second break in between each exercise.
- Ball Passes x10
- Roll Outs x10
- Diagonal Crunches x10
- Prayer Crunches x10
- Tuck Ins x10
