Stop Wishing Full Body Workout

Here we go!!!!

Do each of these exercises for 1 Minute then take a 30 second break in between each exercise.

3 Rounds of all 13 exercises

This is an advanced workout but if you need a butt kicker, and I recommend doing a butt kicker once a week, here is your workout. Stop wishing for a great body get to work.

3 Rounds of all 13 exercises

  • Spiderman push-ups (1 minute) (30 sec rest)
  • Feet together rows (1 minute)(30 sec rest)
  • Feet together row pulses (1 minute) (30 sec rest)
  • Skier Swings (1 minute) (30 sec rest)
  • Explosive step ups (1 minute) (30 Sec rest)
  • Z-press (1 minute) (30sec rest)
  • Bicep curl-shoulder press-squat-shoulder press (1 minute) (30sec rest)
  • Squat jumps (1 minute) (30sec rest)
  • Squat Pulse (1 minute) (30sec rest)
  • Advanced glute bridge (1 minute) (30sec rest)
  • Advanced glute bridge pulse (1 minute) (30 sec rest)
  • Tricep dips with a knee drive (1 minute) (30 sec rest)
  • Tricep kick backs (1 minute) (30 sec rest)

Get after it and don’t let fear or insecurites over take your thoughts while you’re doing this workout.
