4 Rounds of all 6 exercises done in giant set format (back to back no breaks until you’ve finished all 6 exercises).
- REVERSE LUNGE/SQUAT/HAMMER CURL X20
- DB RACKED SQUAT X20
- NO WEIGHT SQUAT JUMPS X20
- SPILT SQUAT X20 (RIGHT AND LEFT LEG)
- WEIGHTED GLUTE BRIDGE COMBO X20
- PLANK STEP OUTS X20
Drink water in between each Round and your break should be 20-30 seconds.
