This Alice & Olivia dress immediately stopped me in my tracks. The oversized red floral print is bold without being overwhelming, and the simple silhouette lets the print do the talking. It’s the kind of dress that doesn’t need much styling. You slip it on, add a great shoe, and you’re done.

I grabbed a vintage pair of my Manolo Blahnik pumps, which picked up one of the hue’s of red in the flowers on the dress. When your shoe picks up a color already living in the print of the dress, the entire outfit feels intentional and polished without trying hard.

What I love most about this dress is how versatile it is. Wear it to dinner, a wedding shower, a charity event, a date night, or even a holiday party with a great coat. Change the shoes and jewelry, and it feels like a completely different outfit.
