If you want a quick tough tricep workout to add to your arm workout or add on to your “Push-Day” workout this is for you.

3 rounds of all 4 exercises executing x15 reps for each exercise.

  • Tricep knee drive dips x15
  • One arm overhead extensions x15
  • 3 pulse 1 press overhead extensions x15
  • Hinged kick backs x15
