Upper Body Burn (Advanced Workout)

This workout will not ONLY make you look good with your shirt off (fellas), or in your tank tops (ladies), it will also make you feel stronger, more capable, and confident.


Heavy/ Medium/Low weight dumbbells

The Workout

Aim for 3 Rounds (it’s a lot so if you get 2 Rounds in Bravo) x15 reps of each exercise. Start with your lowest weight and each Round go up in weight.

Remember if you do go up in weight and you can feel, or see in the mirror, that your form is compromised, go back down to the weight you used in the last Round.

After the first 2 exercises, the second 2 exercises, and the third 2 exercises, You have a set of hand release push-ups a single set of 15.

  • 1 Arm Chest Press x15
  • Reverse grip Chest Press x15
  • Hand Release Push-up x15๐ŸŒŸ
  • Rolling Tricep to Chest Press x15
  • Tricep Extension to Lat Pull Over x15
  • Shoulder Combo {Shoulder Press/Medial Delt/Row} x15 (each Arm)
  • Hand Release Push-up x15๐ŸŒŸ
  • Hammer Curls x15
  • Tricep Kick-Back x15
  • Hand Release Push-up x15๐ŸŒŸ
