Valentines dresses are so much fun!! This free flowing effortless dress from Free People is a step outside the box for me but well worth it. Instead of styling this flowy dress with traditional heels I paired the dress with chunky Feners black knee high biker boots just the juxaposition that made this outfit fabulous.
